These Terms govern your access to and use of all content, products and services available through https://www.uebertangel.org (the “Service”), operated by us (“we”, “us” or “our”).
Your access to our Services is subject to your acceptance, without modification, of all the terms and conditions contained herein, together with any other operating rules and policies that we may publish from time to time.
Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using our Services. By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must not access or use our Services.
This section applies only to registrants who choose to pay using a payment plan.
To gain access to an event, your payment plan must be completed and the full balance paid before the event date. If you have any outstanding payments, please contact our team to arrange payment. Failure to settle the full balance before the event may result in access being denied.
If you select a payment plan that would extend beyond the event date, the system will automatically adjust the scheduled payment dates. This ensures that the full balance is paid before the event.
Payment-plan instalments are automatically charged to the same card provided during enrolment. You are responsible for ensuring that your card details remain valid and that sufficient funds are available on each scheduled payment date.
We maintain a strict no-refund and non-transferable policy for all our programmes.
For any product-related enquiries, please contact our customer support team.
