Yes — whether or not you need to apply in advance depends on your nationality. Many visitors fall into these categories:

  • Visa required in advance: Some nationals must apply for a visa before travelling.

Your passport should meet the following:

  • Valid for at least 6 months beyond your date of arrival.
  • Have at least 3 blank pages for entry/exit stamps.

Costs and validity vary:

  • Single-entry tourist visas are common (about USD $30-50) for many nationalities.
  • Double entry or multiple-entry visas cost more.

General advice:

  • If you are arriving from a country with yellow fever risk you may need a yellow fever vaccination certificate.
  • It’s wise to check with your travel clinic for recommended vaccinations and health precautions.

In Zimbabwe the current currency being used is the United States Dollars. There are ATMs that disperse United States Dollars, if you have a visa card or MasterCard. Communicate with your respective banks before travelling. Many visa fees or border payments must be paid in US dollars (USD cash). It’s advisable to bring small denominations and ensure bills are in good condition.

On arrival you should:

  • Have all required documents passport, printed visa or e-visa confirmation, return/onward ticket, proof of funds and printed invitation letter.
  • Be prepared for immigration checks and make sure your visa status is correct for your stay.

The length of stay depends on the type of visa you obtain. For many tourist visas, the initial stay is around 30 days, though extensions may be possible.

Can I request a refund for the course fee if I change my mind or cannot continue with the course?

No, refunds are not available. Please make sure you are committed to enrolling before making a payment.

Is it possible to replay course materials or lectures if I miss a session?

• No, course materials and lectures are not available for replay. It is essential to attend all scheduled sessions with your notes.

What time do Online Programs of Courses start?

7 PM UK time, it advisable that to match your schedule to Uk time as the day approaches so you attend on time. Times are subject to change, if so, an email will be sent to you

How are payment plans processed for the course?

Payments are automatically debited from the same card details provided during enrolment. Ensure that your card has sufficient balance on the scheduled payment dates.

Can I purchase more than one ticket for the same course and attend with a friend or family member?

No, each course ticket is valid for one person only. Multiple enrolments are required for additional participants.

Is there any exception to the no refund policy, such as in case of extenuating circumstances?
